About Orders

  • I forgot to add single cards to my order. Can you add them?

No need to contact us. Simply place a new order with the missing singles and leave a note mentioning you wish to merge your orders. For shipping, we will refund the overpaid charge once we ship your order. 

  • How can I make modifications on my order or add a promo code that I forgot to add at check out?

No need to cancel your full order if you made a mistake! Simply contact us by phone or email and we will gladly make the changes to your order. 

  • Can I change the delivery method on my order?

Yes! Simply contact us via email or by phone and we will make the changes to your order. If shipping fees need to be added, we will send you an invoice. Alternatively, if you decide to pick up in store, we will remove/refund you the shipping fees. Simply let us know which store you will be picking up your order from.

  • Can someone else pick-up my order for me?

Absolutely! Simply let us know by email or give us a call and we will leave a note on your order. If you don't contact us, we will not let someone else pick-up your order.

  • Why has my order not shipped yet?

Our shipping times are usually around 2 to 3 business days. This delay can be longer during busy periods, or if verifications are needed on your order. If your order contains items that are in preorder, all items will be put on hold until all items in the order are released. You can contact us if you wish to split your delivery, but extra charges might apply.

Selling your collection

  • Can I sell you my collection?

We buy single cards from the following games: Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, Flesh and Blood, Disney Lorcana and Star Wars Unlimited. We only accept cards in English. To sell your cards, simply use our online buylist available on our website under "buylist" or “vendre votre collection”, and follow the instructions. If you do not wish to make the buylist yourself, we can do it for you at a rate of 20$/hour.

  • Do you buy singles in bulk?

We do! But only in person in our stores. Contact us for our current prices. 

  • How long does it take for a buylist to be approved?

It usually take between 24 to 48 working hours for a buylist to be approved. If a buylist contains singles from a newly released set, this delay can stretch up to one or two weeks until market prices stabilize.

  • Do you buy big collections?

If you consider your collection to be too big for a buylist, or if you have very expensive pieces to sell, contact us to take an appointment in store.

  • I would like to take part in store events for Wargaming, Dungeon & Dragons, or boardgames. How does it work?
