Refund policy

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

 

We accept returns for all sealed products, with the exception of trading card game products and liquidation products.

All second hand products including singles, as well as liquidation products: orders are final, thus refunds aren't possible.

If the product is eligible, a refund or exchange is then possible upon presentation of an invoice respecting the 30 days following the date of purchase.

In the event of the reception of single cards received in a different condition as noted on the order, please send us pictures of the concerned cards at boutiquelecoindujeu@gmail.com and we will take measures to compensate depending on the situation.
