This website belongs and is managed by Le Coin du Jeu Inc.

By using this site, you indicate that you have read and understood the terms of use and that you agree to abide by them at all times.

Account

When you create an account on our site, you agree that you are solely responsible for your account and its security and confidentiality. This includes passwords or any other personal information it includes. Further, you agree that all of your personal information is current and accurate, and that you will update it if it changes. You also agree to have only one active account under your name. If you have multiple accounts, we reserve the right to close accounts and cancel orders until you have only one active account.

Sales of goods

All products available on our site are described to the best of our ability. However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of every product supplied by us. You agree to purchase such goods at your own risk.

Payments

We accept credit card payments on this site. When you provide us with your payment information, you confirm to us that you have authorized the use of this said credit card. By providing us with your payment details, you confirm that you authorize us to charge the amount due to this card.

Transport and Shipping

When you make a purchase from our site, you agree and acknowledge that you provide a valid email and shipping address for the order.

Indemnity

As a user, you hereby indemnify Le Coin du Jeu Inc. from all liability, costs, causes of action, damages or expenses arising out of or arising out of your use of this site or your violation of any of the provisions set out in this document. 

Orders

We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever necessary. For single cards, we reserve the right to modify your order to fit the legal playset format of the associated Trading Card Game of said singles. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment method. Although we aim to provide you with an accurate estimate of lead times, these may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

You have two weeks to pick up your order. After that, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
For pre-orders, the deadline is one week from the official release date.

 

Article #1384 

The article #1384 of the Civil Code of Quebec establishes that the customer's consumer contract corresponds to his personal consumer goods and not for resale. 

For trading cards specifically, we reserve the right to refund any quantities ordered over the legal playset.
